Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at ck866 is ৳100 (per method). Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts or operating an account under a third party's identity.
• Providing false or misleading information.

• Participating in money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to bypass the platform's security measures.
• Harassing other users or staff.

Account Suspension and Closure

6.1 Closure by ck866

ck866 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms.
• If evidence of fraudulent activity is found.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• For legal reasons or in accordance with regulatory directives.

6.2 Closure by the User

You may request closure of your account at any time via 24/7 live chat or email. All pending transactions must be settled before account closure. Available balances will be returned, however unused bonuses will be cancelled.
