Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming
At ck866, we believe gaming is a fun form of entertainment — and we are always committed to making sure it never becomes a problem.
Why Is Responsible Gaming Important?
Online gaming can be a great source of entertainment and excitement in people's lives. From cricket betting to slot games — every game is an experience. But when this entertainment goes out of control, it can have harmful effects on personal, family, and financial life.
ck866 is fully committed to responsible gaming. Our platform has tools and features that help you stay in complete control of your gaming habits. Our goal is to ensure that every player's gaming experience remains enjoyable and safe at all times.
If gaming becomes a problem, there is no shame in it — asking for help is a sign of courage. ck866's 24/7 live chat support team is always ready to assist you in Bengali.
For ages 21 and above only. To open an account or participate in any game at ck866, you must be at least 21 years old. Protecting minors from gaming is our highest priority.

Learn More About Responsible Gaming
How does the deposit limit work?
The deposit limit controls how much money you can deposit within a set period. You can set a daily (24-hour), weekly, or monthly limit. The minimum deposit at ck866 is ৳100.
Lowering a limit takes effect immediately. To increase a limit, a set waiting period (cooling-off period) must pass — this protects you from impulsive decisions.
What is self-exclusion?
Self-exclusion is a powerful tool that gives you a complete break from gaming for a set period or permanently. Once it is activated:
- Logging in will not be possible
- No deposits or bets can be placed
- Promotional emails and notifications will be stopped
The exclusion cannot be lifted before the set period ends. If you have any doubts about this step, talk to us via live chat.
What can you do to protect minors?
All ck866 services are strictly prohibited for anyone under 21 years of age. Take some practical steps to keep children and teenagers in your family away from gaming:
- Never share your login details with anyone
- Always log out after finishing a gaming session
- Keep parental controls active on family devices
- Keep your bKash or Nagad account PIN secure
Financial Safety and Gaming Budget
One of the core principles of responsible gaming is to play only from an "entertainment budget" — meaning money that, if lost, will not affect your daily life. Never play with money set aside for rent, food, or household needs.
Get into the habit of keeping a separate gaming budget in bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Do not treat cashback or bonuses as extra income — they are part of the entertainment.
Withdrawals of ৳500 or more are completed in just 5-30 minutes. However, keep in mind that the fast withdrawal feature is not a reason for impulsive re-deposits.
